its prefect just the way it is. i could not ask for more kinda feeling.

i hv stop making plans for the future.
instead, i see myself on a three-month basis.
life holds too many uncertainly den certainly.
i’ll go where life takes me, with some whine & laughter. 🙂

lets sum up:
whether i am single or attached, stupid mistakes, smarty groove, fat or skinny, even if i got beaten down by life, smile.. and the world will smile with you.

taking it easy, letting go, be happy – these traits are pillars i built my life on.

according to guy, most prob the 200 bucks blazer will only be wore once & that’s it !

jie’s tree !

family tradition to get a tree.

started 4 years ago, as a gift to jie. opps. correction: its a present from jen to jie & me. haha ! we still tok abt that keepin-jie-awake-story with laughter =) awe-d & glee-d from jie when she realised i brought a real xmas tree & assorted ornaments for her. just like last year, jie, jen and me choose the tree from FEF.

mind you, these are real trees all the way from US. slighty more expensive, consider we have to get a new tree and base (i know jen! correction: we threw away the base every year, it cost $15) each year but we simply love the fresh / clean smell of pines.

just add water at the base.

ice is added to preserve the tree, helps the tree to cope with the humid weather. (fyi – the floor isnt wet. reflection from the hall / tv lights made the floor seems wet !)

its last abt a mth.. !

meanwhile, lets njoy the festive season. toy soldier.

cockroaches !
as if cockroaches wasnt bad enough.. this cockroach have wings.. meaning it flew !

gross-ed !!

i was in my room, on the line with jen. saw smt flew past in the hall. i caught the sound of it. told jen to ‘hold’ she goes ‘what?’

ignored her.
knocked on my kor’s door.

“FLYING COCKROACH! UNDER THE KTV CONSOLE! YOU NEED PAPERS?”

kor looked for the cockroach & i’m provided the ‘live’ update to jen.
it goes something like ‘i saw smt flew passed & mr wee helpin me get rid of it. kor is lookin for it now.’

‘kor i tink its still under the tv console.’

i was busy eyein the cockroach making sure it dont come near me & updating jen. busy task. tokin & trying to keep myself cockroach-free.

(slammed!)

she: yes, i hear it.

haha surprising my parents slept through the death of flying cockroach.

met jen for the Reverie. she was late, i got grumpy.. even complained to guy. keke
but i am okie within 10mins. guess its one of the thing i learn this year – whine but forget it. its not gotta led to happiness or long life if i’m mad at smt so petty.

decided to sit myself at restaurant & wait for her.
coffeeclub, ordered & wait.
god. she impossible! so late!

didnt expect her to get it though, aldy had the surprised trip planned.

A Fantasy on Ice

well, all good things started with a simple dream. hehee

thought of goin away for a year, to work, explore places, njoy life.
the question being – why not?!
i’m consider young, i don’t exactly have lotsa commitment.

the place we picked london, working holiday visa, before we hit the grand old age 30.

coming from someone who preferred to lead a safe and secure life.
yeap this little, no, i should write huge dream is totally unlike me.
its evil stepmother kinda thing.
and of coz, she agreed when i asked her abt it.

we havent finalise the details but yes, i see it happening.
and yes, we might end up killing each other ! hahaa
we’re as different as day and night.

i hv my fear, the uncertainty, the unknown..
yet its gotta be an adventure.
which i hope, i wont have to give up for anyone.
