happily married
pple always asked me ‘how’s married life?’
for someone who’s good with words, i dunno how to answer that qn !
what shld i say? what’s the polite thing to say? what’s the one-sentence reply that will assured pple that our married life is great?

i still dunno.
can pple tell from our action? the way kervin look at me or the way i look at him? the way we emit happiness? the way we laugh at each other jokes? the look we give each other from across the room? or even simple gestures such as sharing a drink? when he kiss my head gently?
in reality, whenever pple asked me ‘how’s married life?’ i do my loud laugh and declare ‘its great!’

my first cny away from home.. i miss home and everyone else but i’m glad we have whatapps !

good neighbours
i insisted on getting cny goodies for our new neighbours but he thought its unnecessary.
me: but why?
him: for what?
me: these pple are staying near us, they are gotta help look after our flat for us in case of any break-in or smt.. we shld always be nice to neighbours.
him: u know my sunset place? i stayed on 15th floor. These 2 neighbours on the 14th floor dont get along with each other. 1 neighbour say the other neighbour place their slippers in sucha way that it bring back luck to his family.
me: -_-
him: so the neighbour not happy, he moved his plants and create a little blockage. so that he wont hv to look into his neighbour’s house and see those slippers.
me: somebody shld left a box of chocos on both their door !
him: both the neighbours will think that the choco is poisonous !
me: its so hard to be a good person !! *pause* i being brought up to be good neighbours, my mummy is friendly with her neighbours. i wanna be like that too. next time our kids will be nice to their neighbours too. someone has to start the ball rolling ! lets go get cny goodies for our neighbours later okie?
