this is a total waste of time !

(1) the seller’s agent is late..  18 mins !
(2) the seller’s agent didnt even bother to smile at us or return Hel’s greeting.
(3) its a non-chinese family.

so disappointing !

my agent is so upset !
the seller’s agent failed to convey the impt piece of info to our agent !

it is a very nice flat. but, i’m sorry.. i cant.

waistline

im a little conscious abt my wasistline.
overall, i am skinny.
my weight balloons between 41 – 43kg, 152cm.

but everyone wants to look their best during their big day. 
i cant hide the fact that i hv tummy !! not baby bump lah !! just tummyyy !!

– eat less, impossible.
– exercise more, lazy.
– skip supper, kill me.

i concluded .. vanity is over-rated !

i wish i’m not influence by the social norm but i cant help it. having say that, there’s no way i could starve myself before the big day.

my motto still stands – 能吃是福 !
(am i using the correct chinese wording??)

kinda frustrated.. kinda grumpy

our weekend are strictly reserved for viewing of flats.
is it so hard to get a resale flat? the answer is yes.

i dont understand how anyone could view flats for more den 10 times, not to mention 20 & above.
its our 5th or 6th (i lost track) and i’m aldy tired of it.

– short corridor which means  less neighbor.

my dentist appt should be this evening after work.

i’m in so much pain, decided to take urgent morning leave & visit my dentist first thing in the morning.

*whew

two words – i’m okie ! yippee !

it hurts coz:
– root.
– a ulcer near the implant.

but the implant is healing perfectly.
the dentist will see me 30 days from today.

the pain is expected to last for a few more days but i’m glad the first hurdle is cleared ! 🙂

the tooth implant is killing me.

the painkillers get me through the night.. while i live with the pain for the rest of the 17 hrs or so daily.. the headaches are a pain in the ass ! plus, a trip to the dentist tml, to remove the thread. i am so not looking forward to it.

vanity is not worth the pain.

its been a long day.

quick dinner, met the agents & the seller.
went home. phone call from agent, hurry back to clementi.

long story short.
the seller is not gotta sell us the flat.
she’s gotta return us the 5k & $180 valuation fee.

gotta look for another flat.

last, we are nice pple. proud of pumpkin & myself.
